Reward Point Rules:

Who Can Earn Reward Points: Any legal resident of the United States, age 50 or older, who is currently a member of the fiftyplussurvey.com panel or who joins the fiftyplussurvey.com panel.

How to Earn Points: fiftyplussurvey.com panel members earn rewards points for the following:

Members earn points from the time they join the panel until the time they officially decline membership by unsubscribing. Points are accrued on a household basis. That means that if several individuals from one household complete surveys for fiftyplussurvey.com, points for completed surveys will be deposited into one account.

Point Value: 500 fiftyplussurvey.com reward points have a cash value of $5.00. Member accounts below 500 points have no cash value.

Point Accrual: Points will be deposited in the member’s account any time from a few seconds to as much as two (2) months after the member earns them (for taking a survey or for referring a new member).

Viewing Points: fiftyplussurvey.com members can view their current fiftyplussurvey.com point accounts online after they become members at the Rewards section of this site. This section of the site is restricted to members only and members must enter their user name and password to view points.

Redeeming Points: fiftyplussurvey.com members can redeem points as gift cards any time they have accumulated 500 or more fiftyplussurvey.com points. Points must be redeemed online. This section of the site is restricted to members only and members must be logged in with their user name and password to redeem points. At present, members have a choice of redeeming points in one of the following ways:

Delivery of Rewards: For fiftyplussurvey.com panel members who select the gift card option, a gift card will be delivered through the U.S. mail to the address fiftyplussurvey.com has on file for the member. Members are responsible for making sure mailing address is correct (an opportunity is provided to confirm address at the time of reward redemption). Furthermore, fiftyplussurvey.com will mail reward gift cards only to legal U.S. addresses located within the continental United States (gift cards cannot be mailed to non-U.S. addresses). The member should allow up to eight (8) weeks for receipt. Gift cards that are returned to fiftyplussurvey.com as undeliverable will be voided and the point value will be credited back to the member’s account as long as the membership is still in active status (e.g., has not unsubscribed).

Point Redemption at Termination of Panel Membership: Panel members who terminate membership will forfeit all points in their fiftyplussurvey.com points account.

Program Duration/Program Modification: fiftyplussurvey.com reserves the right to terminate or modify the fiftyplussurvey.com Reward Points Program at its discretion at any time. Modifications may include (but are not limited to) additions or deletions to the list of ways points may be earned or modifications to point values for existing methods of earning points.

Limits of Liability: fiftyplussurvey.com has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession or use of any fiftyplussurvey.com reward points, their cash value or merchandise redeemed with fiftyplussurvey.com reward points. fiftyplussurvey.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected gift cards sent to panel members.
